and the winner is...Kimberley Vlaminck

Belgian teen, Kimberley Vlaminck, 18, claimed that she asked for only three stars to be tattooed near her left eye as a present "my father wanted to pay because in our family everyone has a tattoo," she said. As her father ate an ice cream outside, Miss Vlaminck claimed that she fell asleep before waking up to find her face covered in the "nightmare" tattoos. 56 stars to be exact. She later retracted the statement saying that she had lied and said that she fell asleep after her father's angry reaction.

RAKEL Tattoo = jawdrop

So while on the search for the best female artist (because I wanted to get tattooed somewhere...um, rather sensitive) I not only came across the best female artist but arguably the best artist artist artist. Meet Rakel Tattoo

I wish I still had a blank back to get one of her creations done. I guess I will have to settle on something on my thigh.

A Rakel tattoo is on my bucket-list, it should be on yours too.

the customer is not always right

If you want a tattoo, I beg you to think long and hard and then think some more about your design.

Do not get a tattoo because you want to be able to say "hey, check out my cool tattoo".
Get one that allows you to say "have you seen my pet dragon?" or "this is the saying I live by"

Tattoo artists are indeed artists but even they are business folk and the saying "the customer is always right" is something even tattooist respect.
What do I mean by this?
I'm sure you've seen people sporting Marvin the Martian or Tweety bird with his (yes, Tweety bird is a boy) eyes in a flutter.
Chances are the tattoo artist did very little to talk them out of this and well...there you have it.
